Southfork RV Fishn' Camp sits along the North Fork Clearwater River, just outside the small town of Stites in northern Idaho. We're a no-frills, welcoming spot for RV travelers and anglers who want to trade noise for nature.

Our pull-through sites sit among mature cottonwoods and lodgepole pines, each with river views and easy access to the water. Whether you're here for a weekend fly-fishing trip or a week-long retreat, we'll give you a clean site, a friendly wave, and plenty of room to unpack.

Every site includes a fire ring and picnic table. Bring your own firewood or gather driftwood from the riverbank.

Fly Fishing

The North Fork Clearwater is renowned for rainbow trout, cutthroat, and brown trout. World-class wade fishing right from our site — no guide necessary, though we can point you to the best runs.

Take your own paddlecraft from the launch or rent from nearby Stites outfitters. The river offers everything from calm float stretches to mildClass II rapids, depending on your appetite.

Hiking & Backpacking

Access to the Salmon-Challis National Forest is minutes away. The Pacific Crest Trail runs through the region, and there are countless unmarked trails through old-growth lodgepole and fir.

Wildlife & Stargazing

Elk, deer, eagles, and the occasional bear make these woods home. At night, with zero light pollution, the Milky Way stretches overhead — grab a chair and look up.
